On April 24 this year company representatives participated in a conference combined with workshops on internal promotion in industrial and technology parks. The conference took place in the Silesian Industrial and Technology Park, where the company is headquartered. The organizers of the event were the Polish Chamber of Commerce for Advanced Technologies together with the Municipality of Nowa Ruda and the National Association of the Forum of Industrial Parks and Technology Parks. The conference was related to the systemic project of the Polish Agency for the Promotion of Entrepreneurship “Industrial parks and technology parks closer to innovation”, which is co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund, under measure 2.2.1. Human Capital Operational Program.
Conference participants could learn what good communication between the Park and its tenants should look like, what benefits a company can derive from locating its headquarters in the Park and how to create a strong brand of both the Park and the companies that are its tenants.
The meeting concluded with a discussion panel, during which everyone could comment on cooperation with the Park. The organized meeting was very valuable and resulted in improved relations between the Park and the Tenants and indicated actions aimed at increasing the benefits for companies cooperating with the Park.
