At the invitation of Member of Parliament Lidia Geringer de Oedenberg, Ekoinwentyka took part in the conference and presented itself at the multimedia exhibition as one of the innovative companies in which the Wrocław Research Center EIT+ invested as part of the Accelerator project.
The presented exhibition “Research & Technology Between Us” was held under the patronage of the European Parliament, chaired by prof. Jerzy Buzek. The exhibition’s slogan was to indicate the ubiquity of solutions coming from science in the world around us and pushing the world forward.
An important element of the exhibition was the presentation of research inventions – winners of the prestigious invention and technology transfer fair Brussels Innova 2011.
In parallel with the exhibition, on December 7, there was a debate organized as part of the “European Academia to Industry Forum” meeting. The invited guests included European Union officials, presidents and managing directors of international corporations (including GE Global Research Center, Solvay, Nokia, Technopolis Finland, Tecnalia) and members of institutions supporting innovation in Poland and Europe (including EARTO, EIRMA, EUA, ERRIN).
