We would like to ask you to clarify the discrepancies between the content of the provisions contained in Annexes 1 and 2 to the above-mentioned inquiry, respectively, in the item regarding the scope of work carried out as part of task 5 of industrial research.
The scope of work carried out as part of task 5 of industrial research is included in Annex No. 1 to the request for quotation No. 1 of July 23, 2015, was formulated as follows:
“Development of guidelines for conceptual designs, as well as conceptual designs for the use of Compact Three-Phase Bioreactors (KBT) technology, taking into account the results of conducted research, as well as preliminary technological treatment of air intended for biopurification, for the sewage treatment industry and the paint industry.”
while in Annex No. 2 to inquiry No. 1 of On July 23, 2015, the content of the above task is as follows:
“Development of guidelines for conceptual designs for the use of Compact Three-Phase Bioreactors (KBT) technology, taking into account the results of conducted research, as well as preliminary technological treatment of air intended for biopurification, for the sewage treatment industry and the paint industry.”
Due to the discrepancy, please inform us which of the above provisions is binding for the Ordering Party when submitting offer documentation.

Due to the discrepancy between the content of the provisions in Annex No. 1 and Annex No. 2 to the Request for Quotation No. 1 of July 23, 2015. regarding the scope of work carried out as part of task 5 of industrial research, I would like to inform you that the provisions contained in Annex No. 2 to the request for quotation No. 1 of July 23, 2015 are binding.
Therefore, task 5 of industrial research included in Annex No. 2 to the request for quotation No. 1 of July 23, 2015, with the content: “Development of guidelines for conceptual designs for the use of Compact Three-Phase Bioreactors (KBT) technology, taking into account the results of the conducted research, as well as preliminary technological treatment of air intended for biopurification, for the sewage treatment industry and the paint industry” should constitute the basis for preparation by The Bidder’s detailed description of the tasks performed within its scope (in accordance with point).
