We would like to inform you that as a result of the procedure for selecting a subcontractor for research and development works in accordance with the request for quotation No. 2 of December 5, 2017, a subcontractor for R&D works was selected, however, due to the protection of personal data under the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data, the selected bidder’s personal data were not made available due to the lack of consent of this bidder to the processing of his personal data.
