Ekoinwentyka sp. z o. o. together with the Mayor of Ruda Śląska, the Marshal’s Office in Katowice, the Energy and Hydrogen Cluster in Ruda Śląska, GAPR sp. z o. o., EVAN s.c. and the Silesian Industrial and Technology Park in Ruda Śląska has the honor to invite you to participate in the “VI International Conference – Bioreactors in the fight for clean air – Innovations in the service of air protection – in the aspect of energy transformation”.
The conference is addressed to companies, representatives of local government and scientific institutions interested in the latest results of research and development in the implementation of innovations regarding environmental protection, including bio-purification of air from volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and odors (NH3, H2S, mercaptans, etc.)

The conference topics will include the production and storage of green energy, the construction of renewable energy installations, increasing energy efficiency and supporting solutions to prevent or reduce emissions of pollutants related to energy production. Moreover, the conference will present the implementation and preparation of the HORYZONT EUROPA EIC Accelerator project together with JSW S.A., which is very important for the region and especially for Ruda Śląska, regarding the purification of ventilation air from methane in mines using the innovative KBT Bioreactor technology, characterized by extremely high energy efficiency, enabling energy consumption to be reduced by at least ten times compared to classic technologies, which is an important issue for the energy industry. at the present moment. In addition, current steps in preparing an R&D project for the production and storage of green energy in the form of hydrogen and its use for heating purposes will be presented.
The program is planned to present the results of the operation of KBT installations for selected industries (sewage treatment plants, automotive, PKN Orlen S.A., paint industry, Grupa Azoty Kopalnie i Zakłady Chemiczne Siarki Siarkopol S.A., KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., JSW S.A., etc.) and the latest innovative technologies in the field of air and water protection (details in the conference agenda).

The conference will include a study visit and presentation of a working KBT installation in the paint industry – Plas.Co.Tech Poland sp. z o.o. in Zabrze. The number of places is limited, participation in the study visit is based on the order of applications.
